LOVED

Happy (late) Valentine's Day!
Ordinarily I would say that spending the day sick in bed, and at the doctor's office would be the worst way to spend such a holiday, but my valentine is so fantastic that he made the day really special and we enjoyed it anyway (in spite of all my snotty grossness) :)

Before he left for work, Tim surprised me with a sweet card and candy, which I enjoyed all morning (you're never too sick for Peeps). He came home for lunch and brought yummy food from one of our favorite places, and later in the afternoon a box of red roses was delivered to my door! (He had arranged for them to be sent to work when he ordered them last week, then changed the order to have them delivered to home when I was sick on Monday. Sigh.) We ate in and finished the day together nerding out over Watson the computer on Jeopardy. What more could a girl want?

You confirmed (again) what I've known all along - you are the sweetest man alive, and the only one for me. Thanks for always making me feel happy, precious, loved.
I LOVE YOU, TIM!! xoxoxo

Today you are 30 weeks old, my sweet baby! That means that it's only 10 weeks (more or less) until we finally get to meet you face to face! We're so excited. Your Dad and I went to St. Martin for "one last trip" before you get here, but we didn't really feel alone! You've been so active, and growing so much, and you popped up in a lot of the pictures :) It was a really beautiful week - our first family trip!
Back here at home we're getting ready for your arrival. Your nursery is coming together, we have registered at the hospital, I'm in my last few weeks of work, there's a baby shower for you coming up, and your Dad has been singing to you and reading you stories. We're getting ready, little Bun. We are so thankful for you and we can't wait to see you!!
All our love - xoxoxo

Because nothing warms up a cold, snowy day like some orange.
(And I still want a little orange kitten.)
All photos we heart it.

7 months
These days I'm getting a lot bigger
and so are you!
I can feel the shape of your little body
(there's your back, there's your head!)
At night we laugh at your kicks and jabs and hiccups.
We're working on your room. I think you'll like it!
(Here's where we'll practice your ABCs.)
Ella knows something is up. She likes to stay close to my tummy.
We wonder if she can hear your heartbeat? Or feel you moving?
We're all waiting to meet you, precious little man.
Not too much longer now!
xoxo
This bed definitely belongs in my cabin. I LOVE.
